Train the Trainer Program for Telecom Sector Skill

The Four Day Training Program of Telecom Sector Skill Council‘s Train the Trainer workshop was successfully completed at Sebiz Infotech Ltd. The training was well attended by 17 participants. Overall, the TSSC learning events were well received by focal points and senior Trainers who rated the experience as excellent. Participants reported an increased awareness regarding Telecom Sector. They participated in all the activities conducted during the training program with enthusiasm and eagerness.

The training objectives for each topic were identified and followed. The Trainer “Mr. Amitabh Biswas” presented the material with an expert knowledge of the concepts and backed it up with examples. The questions, inquires and clarification about the doubts by the participants were the various indicators of learning attitude that proved that the participants were attending the workshop to gain something useful from the workshop.

The participants were respectful in their behavior. There were no unnecessary interruptions like ringing mobile phones, talking to each other, not paying attention, which is commonly seen in training programs. Participants were always present before time after the tea breaks and lunch break, during the training.

During the session “Mr. P N Monga” was also present on the third day to oversee the training session. He was also available through out the final Assessment of trainers. We would really like to thank him for the invaluable support and guidance provided to us.

Overall it was a very well planned training program and a great learning experience. We would like conduct more Training Programs in near future.
